This is an open forum where people can join in the discussion and ask questions or listen and observe.  It's a great way to learn from other's experiences and find ways to help yourself or those you love and support.  

It is open to anyone who would like to join - neurodivergent or neurotypical.  Anyone who would like to know more about this difficult aspect of life for some individuals.
