FOR THERAPISTS

We are able to offer clinical supervision for therapists who may benefit from a ND specialist supervisor. Lucy Westwood is an experienced supervisor, having trained with the Link Center. She is an Integrative therapist with TA centered supervision training. She is autistic and ADHD herself and can support you in your work to best support your clients.

Sessions can either be regular, or they can be one off sessions as needed.

Lucy holds both individual and group clinical supervison sessions.

Training Placements

My Tribe offer training placements for therapists in training to encourage experience in working with ND clients whilst having experienced, specialist support.

You must have either professional or personal experience with ND and will be interviewed for the role by Lucy and clear a DBS check.

We do not ask for a minimum number of clients or hours, just a want to learn to support our neurodivergent clients best.

We insist on regular My Tribe supervision to all therapists in training. You will also have access to our team shared support to gain even greater knowledge through your time with us.
