CEO / Lead Counselling Therapist / Supervisor
Lu Westwood (she/they)
BSc (Hons) Psych, Dip. Couns., Dip. Supervision, MBACP
Lu is a highly experienced mental health therapist with 8 years specialising in working with ND clients. Lu has has significant personal experience of mental health as well as over 10 years of working as a therapist supporting others. She has family members with neurodiversity and is autistic and ADHD herself.

Lu created a local neurodiverse 'quiet' scouting group for young people who needed a smaller, supportive group. She also runs awareness talks on ND to local organisations and groups.

She enjoys singing and playing music, especially ukulele and percussion. She has a particular interest in animals - horses and dogs. Lu also enjoys pilates and mediation which help her to regulate herself.
Autism Mentor / Therapy Team Lead
Lynne Morrow (she/her)
Lynne has over 20 years of working within schools to support young people with autism as a mentor and has first hand experience of autism through her family members. She also runs training sessions for teachers and organisations.

Lynne enjoys travelling, horticulture and candle making.
